"Yes Virginia, there is going to be a dB's tribute..."
It started out almost two years ago, and then got put on the shelf for some time due to finances and personal tribulations on my part, but I'm happy to say that's it IS finally going to happen. I've finalized track sequence, and artwork is being created. I'm trying to rush it out in time for pre-Christmas release at retail, so its evolving fast. It's changed titles a few times in the past month, from Stood For Decibels to Repercussions and now to a title dB's drummer, Will Rigby, himself suggested "Stand-ins For Decibels".
Here's a rough idea I've put together for the cover which photographer Ali Smith will be working on shooting very soon in NYC.
The disc will be an enhanced CD and will added features will include a Quicktime video of "Moving In Your Sleep" by Steve Almaas and Ali Smith.
More news will be forthcoming soon... sorry for the delay for all those who have continued to ask me about it.

Well, finally after far too long, I've redesigned
and upgraded the Paisley Pop website. Hope you like the new layout, and find
it easier to find the CDs you are looking for. If you find any glitches,
feel free to drop me an email at info@paisleypop.com.
For those of you wondering about the dB's tribute -- the updated release date
is February 8th, 2005. More details will be forthcoming!
Out now are new CDs from Tim Lee, Stephen Lawrenson, and coming down the road, a new Bobby Sutliff limited edition release, MoreSorts, the sequal (of sorts) to
Paisley Pop's earlier release of "All Sorts".
Thanks for visiting the Paisley Pop website. Hope you enjoy the music.
