Hot on the heels of their critically acclaimed sophomore album Diesel Therapy (Tar Hut) comes the Lonesome Brothers' third release, Swamptown Girl, on the Captivating Music label. Original roots-rock coupled with top-notch songwriting and commitment to the feel. They recently appeared on Prairie Home Companion, and Jim's song "Down By the Water" was recorded by Cry, Cry, Cry and Cheri Knight (Ray is the bass player on Cheri's album The Knitter).
